Our engineering teams were able to identify and resolve the issue with credit card payment processing. We have not seen any new failures arise since the resolution was implemented at 9:30 PST, so we are closing this incident.

Investigating

We are receiving some reports from resellers who are unable to process account refills using a credit card. Those affected are receiving the following error message:
