The maintenance window has completed ahead of schedule. Email users can now be renamed, deleted, and restored as needed.

Update
Scheduled maintenance is still in progress, we are projecting this maintenance to last until roughly the 30th. During this time Email users cannot be renamed, deleted or restored from deletion, all other functions are unaffected and mail flow is not impacted.
We have taken additional measures to ensure that if a user is needed to be restored that this will still be possible once this maintenance window completes.
We appreciate your continued patience and understanding.
