The switch to the new email platform is in progress. Please allow time for DNS propagation. Customers may temporarily be unable to connect while ISPs still direct to the previous email platform. No action is required, this self-resolves once propagation time has passed.

Typically three to four hours is enough across North America and many areas with significant Internet infrastructure. Please allow up to 24 hours for all ISP's, everywhere.
