Monitoring
Our team has resolved the issue. Users will now be able to view and submit tickets from within their account. We will continue to monitor for any further problems.

Investigating
Our engineers are investigating an issue causing an inability to submit support requests from within Enom accounts. Users will also be unable to view current and past support tickets.
