We have identified the cause of the issue preventing updates to account information, domain registrations, and domain renewals. This issue is now resolved.

Update
We are continuing to investigate issues preventing updates to accounts and domains from reflecting in Enom accounts. We will provide further updates as have more information. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Update
We are still investigating the ongoing issue. Updates the following information may not immediately take effect as a result:

Account & Domain Contact information
Account Password & Password Reset
Credit Card information

Successfully registered, dates for renewed domain names may not be reflected in the account while we are conducting our maintenance. However, newly registered domain names may still be managed by using the Manage Domain search box located in upper right hand side of the account.

Investigating
We have received multiple reports of account updates, which includes Password Updates, and Resets not working at this time. We are aware of the issue and are working towards a resolution as quickly as possible.
